I have been going to Zucci for a few years now and have never walked out of this salon disappointed. Shakira is incredible at bringing to life the ideas I have for my hair colour, no matter how challenging my transformation requests have been. Ray Ray always does an amazing job with my haircuts. They always offer perfect advice to ensure my ideas suit my face shape and skin tone. Everyone at the salon is really friendly and lovely to chat to. Also, I love the extra touches I receive at the salon like the aromatherapy oils and neck massage to start, and the head massage and hot stone neck massage with my hair treatment make me feel completely pampered throughout the whole experience.

We started attending Zucci Ivanhoe many years ago. Agreed with Craig he would be our ‘permanent stylist. Followed him to the South Melbourne salon and then St James in the city. We both have very short hair, which is cut every four weeks by Craig. He is extraordinarily creative and artistic, our hair is styled differently every time, initially in consultation, but now we simply look forward to the next/newest creation. We have fun reporting the latest comments our hair receives from complete strangers who compliment us on the ‘awesome’ haircuts & styles, which we modestly refer back to Craig. We feel very comfortable at Bourke St, and enjoy our conversations with Craig, the attention of members of the team and being ‘part of the client family’. We look forward to this relationship continuing for a long time and (as ever) appreciate Craig’s artistry & exceptional professionalism.

Amy has cut my hair a few times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The cut wears and grows out so well every time. I’ve never been to a hairdresser so regularly because I love the peppermint tea, the essential oils, the massage and a haircut that I trust. A little bit of special care and pampering so greatly needed in life. The service is outstanding.

Chontelle, who cut and coloured my virgin curly hair, is an actual God sent. She layered my overgrown (post-Corona) hair, applied a balayage and somehow nailed the exact colour I wanted. Their “welcome ritual” includes a vibe reading and some really good herbal tea. The pricing is upmarket, but the service is exceptional. Definitely would think twice before going to another stylist. Kudos to Aveda for their commitment to using natural ingredients and being environmentally conscious.
