Zucci Appointment Modification/Cancelation policy:
At Zucci, we have always done all we can to accommodate and offer appointments to our guests. We ask that you be kind to our teams when booking, changing, cancelling or moving an appointment, as they do their best to accommodate you.
Please read the terms and conditions of booking an appointment below.
- When booking an appointment over the phone or via our online platform, you will be asked for your credit card details. These will be stored securely in your file (details on this below). These details are required to book your appointment.
- If you do not wish to store your credit card details, you will need to book your appointment over the phone or in person, and a deposit of 50% of the appointment value will be required to secure your appointment time. This deposit can stay on your file indefinitely or can be used at your next appointment.
- We send reminder messages/emails 7 days and 3 days out from your appointment time.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to modify(downgrade) or cancel your appointment. This includes errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances. If you need to alter (downgrade), move, or cancel your appointment, there will be no charge if done with more than 48 hour’s notice.
- If you alter (downgrade), move or cancel your appointment within 48 hours’ notice, Zucci reserves the right to charge you 50% of the appointment value or hold your deposit.
- All appointments unconfirmed within 24 hours of the appointment time may be cancelled. You will be notified via email and text that this has happened, and all deposits will be held or 50% of the value of the appointment will be charged to your card.
- Any guest who does not show up to their appointment may be charged 100% of the appointment value.
- All consultation appointments will require a $50 deposit, which can be redeemed at the time of your hair service. This deposit is valid for 2 months from your consultation date and is non-refundable if you do not make an appointment and redeem it on that date. If you choose not to book in for a service, this $50 will be retained by Zucci. If you require another consultation, there will be an additional charge of $50.
- All hair colour service prices listed are a guide; a confirmed quote will be provided on the day of your colour before your service is commenced. A consultation is required if you would like an exact quote before your appointment. We do not give quotes over the phone, via email or via social media.
- Zucci does not tolerate any aggression or abuse towards our team from any person contacting or visiting the salon. If this occurs, your appointments will be cancelled, and you will be asked not to return to the salon.
- Prices may change at any time.
Zucci Referal Program T/C’s
- As a Zucci Guest you can refer your friends and family to any of our salon locations to receive a 20% discount off your next service.
- Refer your friends and family; if they have not been to any of our salons before, they will receive a $20 voucher for their first service.
- The $20 off voucher is valid for Haircuts and Hair Colour Services only. It is not valid for Treatments or Styling services.
- The first visit $20 off voucher can only be used in one Zucci location and only one per guest. The voucher an not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The $20 voucher will be automatically added at checkout to the bill post-service.
- The referee must provide the first and last name of the person who referred them to the salon. We can not allocate the 20% off voucher if this information is not provided.
- Once the referee has completed their hair service, the referer will receive a 20% off voucher to use towards their next hair service. This voucher will be automatically added to the referer’s bill at the end of the service.
- There is no limit to how many people can be referred to the salon. For example, if you refer 5 friends and they all come in for their hair services, you will receive 5x 20% off vouchers to be used for your hair services.
- Zucci Referal Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
Payments and Surcharges
- All service bookings at Zucci incur a Green Fee of $3. This fee goes towards the recycling of the waste generated from your service. Zucci partners with Sustainable Salons Australia (SSA) to upcycle and recycle 95% of the waste generated in the salon. What SSA cannot take we endeavour to recycle or upcycle ourselves.
- Zucci accepts the following payment methods:

- AMEX
- Gift Cards
- From the 3rd of June 2024 all card payments will incur a surcharge on use. A surcharge will be added to your bill when processed. Please see below for rates.

Data Storage and Security

Black Friday 2024 Sale T/C’s
Offer not valid with any other offer. Offer valid on Aveda Products only. Aveda Holiday not included in the offer. All phone orders must be paid in total over the phone. We will not hold any products without payment. No exchanges or refunds. Zucci’s Black Friday 20% off sale is valid from the 25th to the 30th of November 2024 at Zucci Ivanhoe, and 26th to the 30th of November 2024 at Zucci South Melbourne and Zucci Bourke St. We can not guarantee that we will have all products in stock. Items will not be able to be ordered if they are not available.
