Zucci Appointment Cancelation Policy 

A $50 deposit will be taken when booking an appointment either online or over the phone, your appointments will not be confirmed or held without this deposit.
All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, your $50 deposit will be retained by Zucci.
All consultation appointments will require a $50 deposit which can be redeemed at the time of your hair service. if you choose not to book in for a service, this $50 will be retained by Zucci.
Zucci reserves the right to cancel a non-confirmed appointment at any time. Please respond to all SMS or phone messages confirming your appointment.
All hair colour service prices listed are a guide, a confirmed quote will be provided on the day before your colour service is commenced.

Covid 19: All deposits will be refunded or can be held on your account as a credit if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to a positive Covid result. Zucci reserves the right to request evidence of a negative Covid Test result.

Zucci Product Points Policy

  • Zucci product points are accrued when you purchase products at a Zucci Salon location
  • Points are not accrued when you purchase GHD or any other electrical tool/ product at Zucci
  • For every $10 spent on product purchases at Zucci, you accrue 1 point
  • Once you achieve 50 points, this automatically gives you $50 to spend on Aveda products in the salon
  • You must accrue 50 points before you can redeem points for purchases
  • Points can only be redeemed with a hair service to the value of or greater than $50 at a Zucci Salon
  • Points will expire two years from the date that they were accrued
