It was a year ago this month, that Rocco and Craig partnered to open a premier Zucci Salon in Melbourne’s legal district. They recognised that this end of the CBD lacked a quality salon, providing a focus on personalised service and technical expertise. It was through this meeting of minds that Zucci St James Place came to fruition. From the outset the salon has was very well received and continues to perform beyond our expectations.
We have asked Craig to share his thoughts on the Zucci St James journey to date.
Describe what you love most about Zucci St James?
After working in all the Zucci salons over many years it’s been wonderful to collaborate in creating a complimentary addition to the brand, in the St James Place Salon. A new salon requires developing new relationships and we have enjoyed getting to know our new guests, which due to our location, come predominantly from the legal professions. It has been incredibly satisfying in identifying the needs of our guests and then developing the service regimes that best suit them.
Coming to work everyday in the beautifully designed space with high-end finesse and luxurious minimal finishes is a daily joy and I am privileged to be a part of it. The Space has been superbly designed throughout to not only appeal to the Guest but to also be effortless for the team to work within it.
What has your first year at Zucci St James been like?
This past year has been filled with excitement and promise. It has been a year of learning for myself and the team. As a Zucci Lifestyle Salon our focus is on providing a service, which we hope exceeds our guests expectations. Our aim is to provide a wonderful salon experience in a beautiful space, which also serves as a haven from the frenetic pace of the city outside our doors.
