Well, the wait is nearly over. We are very very hopeful that our salons will be opening on the 20th and 21st of October! I just wanted to give a bit more info on how the appointment booking process is going to happen.
Firstly we will only be booking appointments for existing guests and will not be taking any new guests until we get through all the appointments that were missed during the lockdown. Secondly, we will not be opening our online booking platform until we open the salons. All bookings will be made over the phone or via text.
We will commence our appointment booking process on Monday the 5th of October. Our salons will either reopen on the 20th or 21st of October (TBC). The official first day back for our industry will be the 19th of October and we will use this day to clean the salons, train our team and ensure that everything is ready for our guests.
In terms of who gets to book first, we will go back to the day we closed (3rd of August) and go in chronological order from there for all guests who missed appointments. Then we will move to our waitlist of guests who requested bookings.

How will we book our appointments? We have not been given any additional guidelines from the government for our industry. However, we will be amping up our hygiene processes and more info on that is coming soon. We may ask extra questions at the time of your appointment booking or require additional information from you prior to you coming into the salon. We will communicate everything with you.
