We are Open! All you need to know about Lockdown 2.0!

Well, we are back at the beginning… rewind to the 27th of April 2020, and that is where we are just a little older, wiser and “cleaning” is officially or middle name! Our salons are staying open during this re-introduction of Stage 3 restrictions commencing on the 9th of July 2020 in Melbourne.

Here is a bit of back story. On the 25th of March 2020, we decided to close all our salons for four weeks. We did this as there was lots of uncertainty in the community around how to deal with Covid-19. Since re-opening on the 27th of April, we have implemented many strict health and hygiene processes to all our salons. We even made a video! To watch it click here!
So now with these restrictions returning to what they were when we re-opened back in April, we have decided to keep our salons open. We are doing this as we feel confident in our health and hygiene practices as we have been operating for 10+ weeks now.
We are changing a few things, though. Firstly if you have not been to the salon before or have not visited for over 6 months, and you have chosen to book online, we will be calling you to ask a few questions before we can confirm your booking. We have modified the rosters of our team to ensure that we can social distance correctly. We may need to move appointments, we will contact you if this is the case. We will also be continuing with all our current Covid-19 practices. Here are just some of the things we are doing in the salon.
