Craig
Team leader and director stylist
Craig is a Partner in our CBD location and brings over 25 years of industry experience specialising in haircutting. Craig is a strong communicator; he loves working with individuals to bring the best version of themself to life through getting to know their wants and wishes not only for their hair but how they live their life. His experience has strengthened his understanding of each person’s uniqueness and enables him to customise a look that meets the individual’s life demands and vision.
Craig is often the go to person for all hair types, however, loves working with both curly hair and short hair.
Jess
Master colourist/stylist
Jess is our colour expert at the Bourke Street location. She has over 15 years’ experience with Aveda colour and is a Certified Aveda colour educator. If anyone knows how to colour with Aveda, its Jess.
Jess has won numerous awards over her journey, and now at Zucci continues to wow her guest with her expertise. Jess is a specialist in Blondes, Balayage and Colour corrections with a strong focus on condition and suitability. Jess will bring a smile to the face of anyone who sits in her chair.
Chontelle
Principal Stylist
Chontelle loves hair. Chontelle has been part of the Zucci family since her commencement in 2017. “I have a passion for continued learning and am always looking to develop my skills to a higher level”. Being a member of the Aveda Ambassador program has enabled me to develop further both as a professional as well as an individual.
Chontelle has a strong focus on cutting and styling. Chontelle loves curly hair and is highly sort after for Curly/ Wavy haired guest. Her strengths are creating bespoke beautiful low maintenance looks.
Paige
Executive Stylist
I love making people feel safe and comfortable in the salon for a positive experience. Your time with me can be full of conversation or you may prefer some quiet time, I am comfortable either way. I like to encourage people to try new things big or small as well as seasonal change with tweaks in style and shape but most importantly I love helping people to wrangle their own unique natural hair texture. I love creating easy to wear haircuts that grow out beautifully.
I love spending time in nature and love animals, yoga and art galleries.

Master Stylist
I love living in the most beautiful city in the world, Melbourne! I started with Zucci 12 years ago. I am a specialist in haircutting; I enjoy structured haircuts, curly and textured hair, well, basically everything about haircutting.
I always want my guest’s hair to look fabulous; when you have your hair done by me, I will teach you how to take care of your hair at home. I always have a plan for your hair, to constantly evolving your look.

Master colourist/stylist
My goal is to provide my guests with a bespoke personalised hairstyle. I always have an in-depth conversation establishing a deep understanding of who the guest is and tailoring a look for them. A great colour and cut brings out a unique personality in an individual a sense of balance definition and sophistication.
I love suggesting seasonal changes so that you always look and feel beautiful.

Master colourist/stylist
Travel is my passion; it inspires the hair that I create for my guests. I love having a conversation with my guest, to get to know them, find out their wants and needs, take care of them and make them feel special.
I love developing my skills, even as a 20-year hairdresser it is important to me. I am a qualified hair teacher and enjoy teaching the next generation. I specialise in hair colour, cutting and styling. I am excited to work Aveda, it aligns with my beliefs for healthy hair.

I was born and raised in Italy, where fashion is considered creative and a luxury, following Milan Fashion Week, and fashion shows was the catalyst to me becoming a hairdresser, being able to make people happy through my craft. I’m an experienced colourist/ stylist, but above all what is important to me is to establish a relationship with the guest, to make them feel welcomed, respected and understood.

I love a challenge, and I am passionate about helping individuals find their truest identity. I love being able to create a tailored hair design that works cohesively with each person’s lifestyle and helps showcase their best and truest self.
I have a passion for naturally textured and curly hair. I also love doing vibrant and bright hair colour transformations. I love to get a bit creative with hair, so I’m your person to call for a major change.

Executive colourist/stylist
I am Amy, and I am an introvert who loves one-on-one conversation and forming genuine connections with people. I love having fun with my guests.
I focus on listening to what my guest is saying. Communication is key to a beautiful hair outcome. I absolutely love highlighting, my favourite is enhancing my guest’s natural colour with soft highlights, I also love classic blondes and balayage. A hair plan is key to maintaining beautiful hair so let’s work together to achieve this for you.
Grace
Stylist/Colourist
I am Grace, I am bubbly and enthusiastic. My strengths are my attention to detail, always striving to do my best and giving my guests the best experience. I love giving a strong and thorough hair wash experience followed by a relaxing scalp massage. I love meeting new people which is why I love being a hairdresser. Styling long hair is a passion, along with highlighting hair.
When not in the salon, I like exploring Melbourne’s new bars and restaurants, and I love spending time with family.

I commenced my apprenticeship at Zucci through VCal, the journey so far has been amazing. I have developed incredible skills, particularly styling hair which I love. I have a warm, friendly personality and a genuine interest in people, and I make great connections. I genuinely care about providing a great salon experience for every guest I meet.
I am a 3rd-year apprentice and love experiencing with different hair types to extend my knowledge. I have started taking on guests in the salon, which is awesome, I love colouring, highlighting and styling. I can’t wait to take care of your hair.
Rosemary
Team leader
I am Rosemary, You will see me when you arrive, talk to me on the phone, and I will be there to take care of your needs. I love teaching all elements of hairdressing to the team, enabling them to continually grow as individuals.
When not in the salon, I am a mother and grandmother. I love plants and the beach. My other passions are music, travel, art, and fashion.

Salon Co-ordinator and Team Leader
I am Amy, and I have a multi-faceted role at Zucci. I am at Ivanhoe as the Salon Co-Ordinator, and, when you don’t see me, I am working behind the scenes keeping the whole Zucci company moving forward. I move between the 3 salons enabling me to develop great relationships with the team.
I started at Zucci as an apprentice, hair colourist, salon manager to my role today. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and in nature.
